Results may show offender’s name, date of birth, physical description, address, offense, offense date, conviction county, and offense conviction date. This database is limited to the following counties: Brooks, Brown, Clay, Codington, Davidson, Hughes, Lake, Lawrence, Lincoln, Meade, McCook, Minnehaha. This database is updated monthly. Persons who were convicted of felony sex crimes prior to the new law’s effective date must register. Offenders must register for life. Amendment in 1997 requires some juvenile registration.
